About Refunds and Replacements

We work quickly to get your orders out, so once an order is placed, we can’t usually change or cancel it. But here’s what we can do for you:

Not Satisfied? If you’re not happy with your purchase, let us know. We can offer a replacement or a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

No Exchanges, Please: Since we sell produce, we can’t restock or resell returned items. That’s why we don’t offer exchanges.

How to Request: Need a refund or replacement? Just email us by clicking here. Include your name, order number, and why you’re requesting it.

We’ll Get Back to You: Once you reach out, our customer service team will connect with you. We might need proof of purchase if we can’t find your order details.

Refund Process: We’ll refund you via the same payment method you used. It usually shows up in your account within 3-5 business days after we confirm your refund.

Checking on Your Refund: If you don’t see the refund after 5 business days, check with your bank or credit card company. If there’s still an issue, contact us, and we’ll confirm that the refund has been done.
